BOC is a non-profit association, whose mission revolves around several axes, such as institutionalizing the presence of the gaming sector in Ceuta, making its contribution as a sector known and being the most immediate interlocutor with the authorities, facilitate the cooperation and collaboration of the associates mainly in responsible gaming measures that help to clarify protocols and means of detection, thus raising awareness of their importance in the regulatory framework to act, promote training through courses and higher programs planned and executed by professionals with years of experience in the gaming sector and being the first organization in the gaming sector to promote projects and workshops in favour of technological development in the city.
Act as the main interlocutor of the online gaming sector vis-à-vis local organizations to procure the fair defense of the interests of online gaming operators and providers in Ceuta.
One of our main missions is the planning of projects that help promote and share measures and protocols on responsible gaming, publicize the preventive measures that every gaming operator offers as well as detection procedures.
Promote, incentivize and support the training and development of new professionals in the online gaming sector in the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
Coordinate activities between operators and suppliers residing in the city, to inform, disseminate and unite capacities in achieving the industry’s goals.
It is the Supreme Government and sovereign body of the Association. Composed of the board of directors and all the partners who have confirmed their interest in attending and where the main agreements of the association will be adopted, such as the examination and approval of the accounts, budget or the main annual activities and their management, by the principle majority or internal democracy, and which will meet at least once a year.
It is the collegiate body of government, representation and administration of the association, which manages and represents the interests of the association in accordance with the provisions of the General Assembly, and which will meet at least once a quarter. From the Boards of Directors are derived powers such as granting general or special powers of attorney in the management of the main activities of the association and its organization, creating working commissions, as well as approving the statement of accounts.
